Our SMART Suite platform simplifies funds disbursement by providing secure, self-service options for payees, reducing regulatory, time, and cost burdens for businesses.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the gathering, refinement, and documentation of complex business and technical requirements, considering IT systems, data sources, and business processesOwn alignment between requirements and business objectives, ensuring delivery of value and partnering closely with the Product Owner on prioritization and scopeMaintain deep technical and functional knowledge of the product to guide solution delivery, change management, and cross-team decision-makingDrive root cause analysis on complex or ambiguous business and technical issues, often spanning multiple systems or teamsLead impact assessments and analysis to identify and justify opportunities for improvementManage stakeholder relationships across business, leadership, and technical teams — setting expectations, navigating competing priorities, and facilitating alignment when interests divergeCollaborate with and provide guidance to cross-functional teams to implement and deliver initiativesDocument current "as-is" processes and future "to-be" processesProactively identify process improvement opportunities beyond the immediate askRequired Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including eliciting, analyzing, validating, and prioritizing business and systems requirementsStrong knowledge of Agile principles and solid understanding of SDLCSkilled in writing requirements specifications (Epics, Stories) for both front-end and back-end/API-driven processes, including for technically complex Experience working across multiple delivery workstreams in a distributed global environmentProven ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, internally and externally, including difficult or high-stakes conversationsProven track record of leading technical projects successfully from requirements through deliveryExperience in finance and/or payments is advantageousProficiency in work management tools such as Jira, DevOps, etc.Working knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, or similar), including using them to validate requirements directlyWorking knowledge of SQLWorking knowledge of Lucid, DrawIo, Miro.Preferred Qualifications:Strong technical understanding, including how developers code and how systems are architectedExperience delivering APIs and understanding how they integrate with external systemsFamiliarity with international payment regulations or cross-border compliance (UK, Canada, or EU) is a plus
