Senior Technical Coordinator

Technical Coordinator to manage design coordination and provide technical support across major construction projects, ensuring drawings, submittals, and site activities comply with project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate architectural, structural, civil, and MEP designs.Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.Identify design discrepancies and coordinate technical solutions with consultants and site teams.Prepare and track RFIs, material submittals, method statements, and design approvals.Coordinate BIM clash detection and ensure timely closure of technical issues.Maintain drawing registers and monitor technical deliverables.Support value engineering and constructability reviews.Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.Attend technical and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.Support site teams with technical clarifications and as-built documentation.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 8–12 years of technical coordination experience in construction.Contractor-side experience on major building projects is preferred.Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, materials, and site execution.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Experience in Saudi Arabia and on large-scale projects is preferred.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.Technical SkillsAutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Navisworks, shop drawings, RFIs, technical submittals, clash detection, design coordination, document control, value engineering, constructability reviews, Saudi Building Code, and Microsoft Office.
