Through hackathons, internship projects, case studies, group discussions, and personality development programs, GradsKey Technologies helps both students and working professionals stay competitive and upskilled in their fields.Role Description The Senior Technical Instructor will design, deliver, and refine technical training programs for students and professionals on-site at the Vijayawada location. This full-time role includes developing structured curricula, creating training materials and assessments, and leading interactive classroom and lab-based sessions aligned with industry requirements. The person in this role will mentor learners, provide individualized feedback, conduct mock interviews, and guide participants through projects, case studies, and hands-on exercises. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure training content is current, support scholarship and placement initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of GradsKey Technologies’ hybrid learning model. The Senior Technical Instructor will also track learner progress, prepare performance reports, and participate in events such as hackathons and group discussions to enhance learner outcomes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Technical Training and Technical Trainers experience, with a track record of delivering instructor-led and hybrid technical courses.Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and learner assessment.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse groups of learners.Experience teaching or training in technology domains (e.g., software development, data, cloud, or related fields) is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.Demonstrated ability to mentor learners, support job readiness, and conduct mock interviews aligned with industry standards.Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Vijayawada, with strong organizational and time-management skills.Prior experience working with students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds and interest in scholarship or outreach programs is a plus.
