Senior Technical Lead – AWS Cloud & Digital PlatformsLocation: SingaporeExperience: 8+ YearsWork Authorization: Mandatory: Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)About the RoleWe are looking for a senior IT Product / Technical Lead to drive AWS-based cloud-native product development and digital platform initiatives across APAC, supporting Personal Lines, Accident & Health, and SME Packages.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, prototyping, development, configuration, and support of scalable services and front-end applications.Drive AWS cloud-native product development and digital platform solutions.Design and build robust web integration components and services.Design and implement application monitoring and observability frameworks.Provide end-to-end production support, including release management, incident management, and rapid issue resolution.Lead requirements gathering, design reviews, and peer code reviews while enforcing engineering best practices.Create and maintain technical specifications and documentation.Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to execute APAC digital strategy initiatives.Must-Have Skills & ExperienceSenior engineering/technical leadership experience in AWS-based cloud-native environments.Strong hands-on experience designing, building, and configuring services and front-end applications.Proven expertise in web services/integration.Strong experience with application monitoring and observability.Experience with technical governance, requirements, design reviews, and code reviews.Strong production support and incident/release management experience.Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills.Mandatory: Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).
