Senior Technical Lead

Purpose: To provide technical leadership for enterprise technology solutions by guiding architecture, engineering practices, and solution delivery while serving as the highest technical authority within assigned initiatives as a senior individual contributor.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the technical direction of complex software development and technology initiatives.Define technical standards, design principles, and development best practices.Review solution architectures, technical designs, and implementation approaches.Resolve highly complex technical challenges across multiple technology domains.Collaborate with architects, product owners, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery.Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.Lead technical reviews, code quality assessments, and engineering governance activities.Identify opportunities for technology modernization and continuous improvement.Mentor technical teams by sharing expertise and promoting engineering excellence.Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic technical recommendations to support business objectives.
