Senior Technical Manager - Thailand SeaMarque is partnering with a leading international maritime organisation to recruit an experienced Technical Manager for its Bangkok operations.This is an excellent opportunity to lead the technical management of a specialist fleet of tankers, supported by a team of Technical and Drydocking Superintendents. The roleLead the safe, reliable and cost-effective technical management of the fleetManage and develop a multicultural shore-based technical teamOversee vessel performance, maintenance, repairs and drydockingsDrive improvements in fleet reliability, efficiency and complianceManage technical budgets and major projectsWork closely with senior leadership and other business functionsThe ideal candidateTechnical Manager, Fleet Manager or experienced senior Technical SuperintendentStrong tanker experienceHands-on knowledge of dual-fuel engines, ideally WarsillaProven people-management experienceFamiliarity with European and international maritime regulationsComfortable working across different cultures, particularly in AsiaChief Engineer's licence or relevant marine engineering qualification preferredIdeally available within one to two monthsThe level of appointment may be flexible for an exceptional senior candidate.
