قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدج2 Senior MEP Technical Office Engineers (1 Electrical + 1 Mechanical) — RedsandRedsand is expanding its Technical Office team and is hiring for both positions to lead technical office activities across our commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects. Both roles are responsible for high-quality engineering deliverables, compliance with project specifications and authority requirements, and coordination across all disciplines, while providing advanced technical support to site teams and ensuring design intent is fully achieved.Position 1: Electrical Technical Office Senior Engineer:Review and approve electrical shop drawings (LV, MV, ELV, lighting, power, earthing, cable routing, SLDs), ensuring compliance with IFC drawings and project specifications.Prepare and validate electrical technical submittals, load schedules, voltage drop calculations, short-circuit studies, and equipment datasheets.Conduct detailed design verification, flagging gaps, clashes, and inconsistencies in consultant/contractor submissions.Coordinate with BIM teams to ensure model accuracy, clash resolution, and alignment with BEP requirements.Issue and manage RFIs, ensuring timely resolution with consultants and stakeholders.Provide advanced technical support to site teams on complex installation issues.Review procurement packages, evaluate vendor technical offers, and participate in technical negotiations.Ensure all electrical materials comply with SASO, SEC, SBC, IEC, NFPA 70, and local authority requirements.Prepare method statements, installation details, and technical reports for management and client presentations.Represent electrical scope in multidisciplinary (MEP–Civil–Architectural) coordination meetings.Support testing and commissioning documentation, checklists, and readiness reviews.Mentor junior technical office engineers.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; 8–12 years of technical office experience on commercial, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects; strong knowledge of SBC, IEC, NFPA 70, and SEC regulations; advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and electrical calculation software (ETAP, Dialux, etc.); strong leadership, technical writing, and coordination skills.Position 2: Mechanical Technical Office Senior Engineer:Review and approve mechanical shop drawings (HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, LPG), ensuring compliance with IFC drawings and project specifications.Prepare and validate mechanical technical submittals, equipment schedules, ESP calculations, pump head calculations, hydraulic calculations, and firefighting hydraulic network analysis.Conduct detailed design verification, flagging gaps, clashes, and inconsistencies in consultant/contractor submissions.Coordinate with BIM teams to ensure model accuracy, clash resolution, and alignment with BEP requirements.Issue and manage RFIs, ensuring timely resolution with consultants and stakeholders.Provide advanced technical support to site teams on complex installation issues.Review procurement packages, evaluate vendor technical offers, and participate in technical negotiations.Ensure all mechanical materials comply with SBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, and local authority requirements (Civil Defense, Water Authority, Municipality).Prepare method statements, installation details, and technical reports for management and client presentations.Represent mechanical scope in multidisciplinary (MEP–Civil–Architectural) coordination meetings.Support testing and commissioning documentation, checklists, and readiness reviews for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.Mentor junior technical office engineers.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; 8–12 years of technical office experience on commercial, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects; strong knowledge of SBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and IPC; advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and mechanical calculation software (HAP, Elite Fire, PipeFlow, etc.); strong leadership, technical writing, and coordination skills.Interested candidates: please apply to the position matching your discipline on this link:https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1l4vY6cTFtaA1QnPpqOLv21GT_jZptSxJzkpSVHjrROM/edit
