If you're looking for a role where you can influence architecture, collaborate closely with software engineers and solve complex technical challenges, this could be an excellent fit.About the RoleThis isn't a traditional platform Product Management position focused solely on roadmap ownership and stakeholder management.Instead, you'll work alongside Engineering to shape highly technical products, turning complex ideas into scalable solutions. You'll be comfortable discussing APIs, system architecture and technical trade-offs, while helping to define product strategy and drive delivery.You'll play a key role in building products that enable secure, trusted digital experiences and support the next generation of AI-powered applications.What You'll Be DoingPartner closely with Engineering to define and deliver complex technical productsTranslate technical challenges into scalable product solutionsShape product strategy and roadmap alongside senior stakeholdersDrive product delivery in a fast-paced, iterative environmentWork across Product, Engineering and Design to deliver customer valueValidate ideas through rapid prototyping and experimentationChampion developer experience and product usabilityWhat We're Looking ForWe're particularly interested in Product Managers who have retained strong technical credibility.Ideally you'll have:5+ years' Product Management experience, including experience operating at Senior Product Manager levelA background in Software Engineering or another highly technical discipline before moving into Product ManagementStrong understanding of APIs, distributed systems and modern software architectureExperience within Identity, Authentication, Security, Privacy or Access ManagementExperience building highly technical B2B SaaS or platform productsConfidence partnering with engineering teams on technical decisions and trade-offsExperience using AI-assisted coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Claude Code) to prototype ideas or validate technical conceptsWhat's on Offer€80,000 – €105,000 base salaryHybrid working – 1 day per week in the Berlin office (typically Thursdays)Unlimited holidayHigh level of ownership and autonomyOpportunity to build innovative products in one of technology's fastest-growing sectorsIf you're an engineering-minded Product Manager looking to work on technically challenging products with real-world impact, I'd be delighted to tell you more.
