About Position:We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager - SAFe Agile PMO to lead large-scale enterprise programs and Agile transformation initiatives. The role involves driving end-to-end program delivery, facilitating SAFe Agile execution, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business and technology teams. What You'll Do

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, strategic priorities, and delivery commitments.Drive SAFe Agile execution by facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Sync meetings, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and Agile ceremonies.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Business teams to manage dependencies, risks, and release planning activities.Build and maintain detailed program roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and execution strategies.Monitor program health, schedules, budgets, resource utilization, and delivery metrics to ensure successful outcomes.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.Establish strong governance practices and ensure adherence to organizational delivery standards.Develop executive dashboards, KPI reports, RAID logs, status reports, and management presentations.Facilitate effective communication across multiple stakeholder groups and leadership teams.Drive release planning, change management, and continuous delivery initiatives across programs.Ensure alignment between business goals, product vision, and technology execution.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by championing Agile best practices and operational excellence.Support enterprise Agile transformation and process improvement initiatives.Provide leadership in conflict resolution, decision-making, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.Coordinate with globally distributed teams to deliver programs within scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets.Track program performance and implement corrective actions where required.Mentor project managers, scrum masters, and delivery teams on Agile principles and execution methodologies.Expertise You'll Bring:10 to 15 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Agile Delivery, Technical Project Management, or Enterprise Program Leadership roles.Strong expertise in SAFe Agile, Release Train Engineering (RTE), Scrum, Kanban, and Agile transformation initiatives.Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), release management, change management, and software delivery processes.Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Business stakeholders.Strong understanding of Agile planning frameworks, Program Increment planning, backlog management, dependency management, and delivery governance.Extensive experience in program governance, risk management, issue management, resource planning, and budget oversight.Hands-on experience creating executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, RAID logs, status reporting, and program performance metrics.Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Experience driving strategic planning, portfolio management, and enterprise transformation programs.Expertise in managing globally distributed teams and large-scale enterprise delivery programs.Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and other project management tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Experience working within cloud, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization programs.Ability to manage competing priorities and successfully deliver programs in dynamic environments.Excellent facilitation, conflict management, and team leadership capabilities.Strong understanding of Agile metrics, delivery KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
