This international footprint enables FIH to support customers in a dynamic global market with flexible, high-quality services.Role Description The Senior Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi, responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects in smart manufacturing, automotive electronics, and related technologies. This role oversees the full project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, risk management, and execution, ensuring deliverables meet technical and business requirements. The Senior Technical Project Manager collaborates closely with engineering, operations, quality, and customer-facing teams to align project objectives, resolve technical issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include managing project schedules and budgets, driving program milestones, preparing progress reports, and facilitating regular project reviews. The role also involves mentoring team members, improving project management processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with experience leading complex technical initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including stakeholder management, reporting, and the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership abilities, including coaching, conflict resolution, and fostering collaboration in multi-disciplinary environments.Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for interpreting data, assessing risks, solving problems, and making informed decisions in fast-paced settings.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, information technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) are beneficial.Demonstrated experience in manufacturing, smart factory environments, automotive electronics, or robotics is highly advantageous.Familiarity with project management tools, ERP/MES systems, and standard methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Hanoi, collaborate with global teams, and communicate effectively in English;
