About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to orchestrate this work. You will turn ambitious engineering goals β βmake this frontier model run faster on this specific hardware than anyone else canβ β into clear plans, a reliable weekly cadence, and delivered results.This is not an administrative PM position. You will sit close to deep technical work β LLM inference optimization, GPU performance engineering, distributed serving β and coordinate senior engineers, technical leadership across Moreh Vietnam and HQ in Seoul.A typical week might include: kicking off an optimization project against a signed statement of work with a global hardware partner; re-prioritizing shared GPU cluster time between a customer benchmark due in 48 hours and an internal release test; a cross-timezone sync with partner engineers; and turning raw performance numbers into a status report that leadership and customer-facing teams can act on the same day.
Responsibilities
Own engineering projects end to end β from statement of work and kick-off, through weekly execution, to final performance reports β in close partnership with technical leads.Define project scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria (for example, target throughput and latency on specific hardware configurations) together with engineers, researchers, and customer-facing teams.Run the operating cadence of the project portfolio: weekly sync-ups, leadership reviews, and status reporting that keeps project health visible from engineers to C-level.Coordinate across timezones and organizations β projects routinely span Hanoi, Seoul, and partner teams around the world β and serve as the single point of contact for your projects.Anticipate and manage the risks that actually occur in this environment: contention for shared GPU clusters, urgent customer benchmark requests, fast-shifting model priorities β triage, re-plan, and keep engineers unblocked and focused.Facilitate agile practices adapted to research-flavored engineering, where scope evolves as quickly as the AI field itself.Foster a team culture of ownership, transparency, and open technical debate.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in a similar positionProven experience in project management, preferably in software engineering or technology-focused environments.Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple technical teams concurrently.Proficiency in project management tools and techniques for tracking progress and reporting.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or related technologies.Familiarity with high-performance technologies, including GPU computing and distributed systems.Β· Experience working with international teams, an overseas HQ, or global enterprise customers.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Why Join Moreh Vietnam:
