This is an opportunity to build a market within an already established business, with the autonomy and support to create something significant. For the right person, there is a clear progression path into leadership, with the opportunity to build and manage a team as the market grows.You will:Own and grow our AI & Machine Learning offeringBuild relationships with new and existing clients across the startup and scale-up ecosystemDeliver high-quality recruitment solutions across AI, Machine Learning and Data rolesDrive new business opportunities and expand existing partnershipsBuild your personal brand through LinkedIn, events and community engagementBecome a recognised specialist and trusted advisor within the AI marketInitially, this will be an individual contributor role, but over time you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team.We're an outcomes-focused business. You'll have a huge amount of autonomy and ownership over your market, your clients and how you structure your day.We're looking for self-starters who thrive when given trust, responsibility and the freedom to build something meaningful.About you4+ years' experience in agency recruitmentProven track record of billing and business development successExperience recruiting within AI, Machine Learning, Data or broader Technology marketsStrong client management and relationship-building skillsCommercially driven and highly self-motivatedPassionate about building a personal brand and specialist marketExcited by the opportunity to build, mentor and lead a team in the futureStrong understanding of the startup and scale-up ecosystem is highly desirable
