Talent Connect Protocol (TCP) is a boutique technical recruiting firm partnering with VC-backed startups and privately held companies to hire exceptional software engineering and technical talent. We work with companies from pre-seed through Series C across AI, robotics, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and enterprise software.TCP was bootstrapped from the ground up with a simple belief: recruiting should be a true partnership, not a numbers game. Since day one, we've focused on building strong relationships, doing great work, and becoming a trusted recruiting partner to the companies we work with.We're now looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the team and help us continue scaling.You'll work directly with founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders, own your searches from kickoff through close, and have the freedom to develop your own recruiting style. We're a small team with a high level of autonomy, which means you'll have a meaningful impact on your clients, candidates, and how we continue to build TCP.What You'll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting across primarily software engineering and technical leadership searches, from kickoff and sourcing through offer and closePartner directly with founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders to understand their companies, teams, and hiring needsBuild genuine, long-term relationships with candidates and clients rather than treating recruiting as a transactional numbers gameTake ownership of your desk while helping shape how TCP recruits, operates, and growsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within an agency or search environmentStrong experience recruiting software engineers and other technical talent for startups and privately held companiesProven ability to source, engage, manage, and close candidates in competitive marketsSomeone who is ambitious, relationship-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomyAn entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in helping build a growing company not just filling another recruiting deskWhy TCPFreedom + autonomy: We care about results, relationships, and doing great work not where you sit, how many hours you're online, or hitting arbitrary activity KPIsUncapped earning potential: Competitive base salary + tiered quarterly commission structure.
