Senior Technical Recruiter

We are looking to hire a Senior Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) who will be responsible managing end-to-end recruitment across a dedicated hiring stream, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, pipeline tracking, offer management and onboarding support, while delivering multiple mid-to-senior level hires at pace for roles such as data and software engineers, product managers, data and AI architects, and technology transformation leaders for our client based in Dubai- which is one of the largest semi government companies in the region.This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 Months (renewable subject to performance)Key responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery for your stream: intake, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer and onboarding handoverAct as the central point of coordination for your stream across the group, aligning business-unit HR and hiring teams so candidates get one consistent experienceTrack and report on every open role, pipeline and hire, and keep stakeholders updated on progress and prioritiesBuild and headhunt talent pools in a competitive market, using direct sourcing, networks and market mappingAdvise hiring managers on role design, market availability and compensationRepresent a premium employer brand with confidence in every candidate and stakeholder interactionKnowledge, skills & experience:6–10 years' recruitment experience, ideally with an agency grounding followed by in-house or project-based hiringA track record of delivering volume hiring at pace without compromising on quality.Experience recruiting Technology, data, AI and fintech profiles at mid to senior director levelStrong stakeholder and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple hiring teams and prioritiesPolished, confident communication with senior leaders.UAE or GCC market experience is a plus, but not essential for strong candidatesAvailability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediatelyWe are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
