Senior Technical Recruiter - remote

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join us remotely and help identify, evaluate, and hire strong candidates for technology companies.This role is for someone who is comfortable running the full recruiting cycle independently and knows how to combine traditional recruiting expertise with modern ATS and AI-powered tools.What you’ll doOwn the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer coordination.Hire for technical and product roles across software engineering, data, AI/ML, DevOps, product, and related functions.Build and manage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, communities, and other sourcing channels.Work confidently with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintain accurate recruiting data.Use AI tools in day-to-day recruiting for candidate sourcing, research, matching, screening, evaluation, outreach personalization, and workflow automation.Evaluate candidates beyond keywords and resumes, identifying relevant experience, seniority, and fit for the role.Work directly with hiring managers and help refine job requirements and candidate profiles.Track recruiting performance and continuously improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.What we’re looking forSenior-level recruiting experience, preferably hiring for technology companies.Strong track record recruiting technical and/or product talent.Excellent knowledge of modern ATS platforms and recruiting workflows.Hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing and candidate evaluation — not just occasional use of ChatGPT.Strong sourcing and candidate research skills.Ability to independently manage multiple searches at the same time.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.Nice to haveExperience hiring senior engineers, AI/ML specialists, DevOps, Product Managers, or other hard-to-fill technical roles.Experience with international or U.S.-based hiring.Experience building AI-assisted recruiting workflows or automations.
