Its developer-first platform connects microservices, AI agents, and enterprise systems while providing reliability, visibility, and control.Role Description As a Senior Technical Sales Engineer at LittleHorse, you will work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their technical and business requirements and demonstrate how LittleHorse can solve their workflow and orchestration challenges. You will design and deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution architectures, collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure successful implementations. On a day-to-day basis, you will provide technical guidance during the sales cycle, respond to technical inquiries, create documentation and presentations, and support customers in integrating LittleHorse with their existing systems. You will also help refine sales strategies by gathering feedback from the field, contributing to enablement materials, and participating in industry events or webinars. This is a full-time remote role that will occasionally require traveling with the sales team to meet customers in person.Qualifications5+ years of experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to align complex technical solutions to customer business needs.Familiarity with Kubernetes and KafkaBackground in Technical Support, including troubleshooting, solution design, and working with engineering teams to resolve customer issues.Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Understanding of distributed systems, integration patterns, APIs, event streaming, or workflow orchestration platforms.Ability to create and deliver effective demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept implementations using modern development tools.Experience working in or with open-source software environments; familiarity with GitHub-based workflows is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment, with strong self-management and collaboration skills across time zones.
