NaqaChem Water Solutions is looking for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer – Water Treatment Chemicals to join our growing team.The role combines technical water treatment expertise with business development and sales, focusing on water treatment chemicals and solutions for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage sales of water treatment chemicals and treatment programsConduct client visits, water analysis, system assessments, and technical evaluationsDevelop treatment programs for cooling towers, boilers, RO systems, and wastewater treatmentTroubleshoot water treatment and chemical dosing issuesPrepare technical proposals, quotations, reports, and presentationsDevelop new customer relationships and identify business opportunitiesProvide technical support and maintain strong relationships with existing clientsMonitor treatment performance and recommend optimization solutionsFollow up on opportunities from initial technical assessment through to order and implementationRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field4+ years of experience in water treatment chemicals, specialty chemicals, or technical salesStrong knowledge of water chemistry, chemical dosing, and treatment programsPractical knowledge of cooling towers, boilers, RO, and wastewater treatmentStrong technical troubleshooting and analytical skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to prepare technical proposals and commercial quotationsStrong sales and business development mindsetUAE driving license is preferredUAE water treatment market experience is preferredWe are looking for someone who can understand the chemistry, solve technical problems, communicate confidently with clients, and convert technical solutions into business opportunities.
