Position: Senior Technical Service EngineerExperience: Minimum 5 years in electronic/electrical/medical equipment service (preferably medical devices)Requirement: This person’s role is to manage technical service operations for medical equipment. In simple terms - They install machines, fix urgent complaints quickly, keep equipment running at 95% uptime, lead preventive maintenance, and coordinate with sales/clinical teams. They also train others, manage distributor service staff, drive service revenue, and support engineers across regions.Location – Pune (Remote)
