Apply & track with Apply EdgeSenior Technical Specialist – System Integration & TroubleshootingAre you an experienced technical specialist who enjoys solving complex problems and taking ownership of high-tech manufacturing processes?OTTO Work Force is recruiting a Senior Technical Specialist for our client in the Eindhoven area, the Netherlands.Our client develops and manufactures advanced high-tech products and systems used across different industries worldwide.What will you do?As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will work on complex products, machines and system integration activities.Your responsibilities may include:Independently assembling and integrating highly complex products, modules and systemsDiagnosing and resolving complex technical and quality issuesPerforming advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysisTesting and inspecting assemblies, subsystems and complete systemsSupporting the introduction of new products and manufacturing processesSupporting engineering changes and technical improvementsIdentifying opportunities to improve quality, productivity and manufacturabilitySupporting colleagues with complex technical questionsMonitoring process quality and ensuring compliance with technical standardsWorking according to ESD, 5S and process-control principlesTaking technical ownership within your area of expertiseWhat are we looking for?At least 4 years of relevant experience in a complex technical manufacturing environmentExperience with system integration, machine building or complex electronics assemblyStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExperience with root cause analysisAbility to independently resolve technical and quality issuesExperience with testing and inspection of complex products or systemsKnowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standardsExperience with ESD, 5S and process-control principlesTechnical vocational education at approximately MBO Level 2/3/4, or equivalent practical experience in complex manufacturingGood communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detail, ownership and qualityProactive and comfortable working in a fast paced technical environmentExperience with new product introduction, engineering changes or continuous improvement is a strong advantage.Working scheduleYou will work in a 2-shift system:Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:15Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 23:00Friday afternoon shift: 14:15 – 20:30This is a full time, onsite position.What do we offer?Competitive salary based on your experience and technical levelFull time employment through OTTO Work ForceOpportunity to work within an international high tech manufacturing environmentTechnically challenging work with complex products and systemsOpportunities for professional and technical developmentOTTO support with accommodation and transportation arrangementsWork authorizationApplicants must hold a valid EU passport or otherwise already have the legal right to work in the Netherlands without employer visa or work-permit sponsorship.Visa/work permit sponsorship is currently not available for this position.Interested?Apply directly through LinkedIn and upload your CV.If your technical background matches the position, I will contact you to discuss the opportunity and next steps.
