Key Responsibilities:Technical Proposal & Bid Response: Lead bidding processes for key overseas accounts and utility-scale projects. Independently draft technical proposals, verify electrical parameters, and deliver precise technical clarifications and tailored solutions in response to customer RFQs.Module-System Matching & Yield Assessment: In line with local grid codes and standards, utilize tools such as PVsyst to simulate module performance under project-specific conditions. Optimize string sizing and inverter matching to enhance performance ratio (PR) and project IRR.Product Technical Presentations & Objection Handling: Deliver product training to overseas sales teams, distributors, and end-customers. Provide in-depth responses to technical queries regarding power tolerance, bifaciality, degradation (LID/LeTID/PID), mechanical loading, fire safety ratings, and other critical parameters to support customer conversion.Market Access & Certification Coordination: Monitor regional standard updates (IEC, UL, CE, JET, etc.). Coordinate with certification and product teams to complete local testing, listing documentation, and BOM compliance verification (e.g., BOM variation filing, PID declaration) for new products.Front-end Requirement Feedback & Product Iteration: Act as a bridge between the market and R&D. Collect and synthesize overseas customer requirements regarding module dimensions, power classes, frame/glass/junction box configurations, and warranty terms, and feed these insights back to drive product roadmap optimization.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in New Energy, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields, with a solid understanding of PV module principles and power electronics fundamentals.Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the PV industry, with at least 5 years in pre-sales technical support for modules or systems. Proven track record of bidding for overseas key-account projects (EPC, IPP, or major distributors).Technical Tools & Standards: Familiarity with core standards including IEC 61215/61730 and UL 1703/61730. Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, and Excel-based electrical calculations. Capable of independently conducting system loss analysis and module selection comparisons.Language Proficiency: English proficiency sufficient for daily communication and technical discussions. Additional language skills, such as Mandarin, are considered a plus.Core Competencies: Strong logical thinking with the ability to translate technical parameters into customer-centric commercial value propositions. Willing and able to travel frequently overseas (exhibitions, client sites, factory audits), with strong resilience under pressure.
