As they scale their U.S. rental and sales operations, they need more hands-on technical talent to keep their fleet field-ready.Role OverviewIf you’ve got 5-7 years’ experience keeping heavy construction equipment running – and you’re just as comfortable diagnosing a hydraulic fault as you are wiring up a GPS system – this role puts you at the centre of it. Based out of the shop in Aledo, TX, you’ll inspect, repair, and maintain a fleet of retrofitted, GPS-equipped machinery, and step in to support field teams when things go wrong on-site.Where you will make a differencePerforming routine inspections and using diagnostic tools to catch mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues before they become problemsRepairing and replacing worn or damaged parts, and carrying out scheduled maintenance like oil changes, filter replacements, and lubricationMounting, wiring, and calibrating GPS systems and special attachments, including software updates and performance checksRunning post-maintenance and post-installation tests across engine, hydraulic, electrical, and GPS/attachment systems, and troubleshooting before equipment goes back outKeeping detailed service records, reporting to supervisors, and tracking spare parts inventoryKeeping the shop clean, organised, and audit-ready, and following safety policies and PPE requirementsPartnering with field teams to troubleshoot complex site issues and provide fast, hands-on support when urgent problems come upWho you are5-7 years’ experience repairing and maintaining heavy construction equipment (excavators, dozers, pile drivers)Strong working knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems for diagnosis and repairComfortable using digital diagnostic tools and technical programs to troubleshoot problemsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams and sitesLiving within commuting distance of Aledo, TX (western Fort Worth area)A proactive, founder’s mentality – comfortable building process in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentNice to have (not essential):Experience installing, supporting, and calibrating GPS machine control systems and special attachmentsKnowledge of electrical control systems for heavy equipmentRental house experienceWhy It’s Worth a LookJoin a fast-growing company helping modernise one of the world’s largest industries through construction automationBe part of a growing U.S. operation, with your work directly supporting field operations as they scaleWork alongside cross-functional teams across operations, field support, product, and leadership in a genuinely collaborative environmentCompetitive salary, performance incentives, a retirement plan, and a flexible work environment
