Our teams collaborate across Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities Operations, Technical Services, Safety, and Operations to ensure equipment and systems remain reliable, safe, and high-performing.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Technician – Maintenance to lead maintenance activities, coordinate equipment servicing, and help ensure reliable day-to-day operations across our facilities and technical environments.This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance, facilities, engineering, or technical services professional looking to take on a broader technical role in an international and fully remote working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and building systems.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities Operations, Technical Services, Safety, and Operations teams.Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment servicing activities.Monitor equipment performance and recommend maintenance improvements.Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and technical documentation.Support inspections and routine equipment checks.Coordinate with contractors and service providers where required.Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.Help resolve technical breakdowns and operational issues.Support spare parts planning and inventory coordination.Promote reliability and continuous improvement across maintenance operations.Assist with technical projects and equipment upgrades.Mentor junior technicians where required.Stay informed about maintenance technologies and industry best practices.RequirementsDiploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.3+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, engineering, or a related technical role.Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good organizational and communication abilities.Good written and verbal English communication skills.Experience with CMMS, maintenance management systems, or Microsoft Office is an advantage.Familiarity with HVAC, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, plumbing, or building services is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.UAE or GCC maintenance experience is an advantage but not required.Relevant technical licenses or maintenance certifications are welcome but not mandatory.What We Offer🌍 Fully Remote Work Arrangement💼 Full-Time Senior Maintenance Position📈 Career Growth & Professional Development🔧 Exposure to Engineering & Facilities Operations🤝 International & Collaborative Working Environment🕒 Flexible Working Environment🚀 Opportunity to Support Regional & International Technical Operations
