Senior Technician Network Management

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor SCADA and communication networks to ensure reliability, uptime, and performance.Maintain and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and related network devices.Diagnose and resolve connectivity, hardware, software, and network performance issues.Respond to network outages and coordinate restoration activities with relevant teams.Support the integration of SCADA and control systems with communication infrastructure.Maintain records of network configurations, incidents, maintenance activities, and system changes.Ensure compliance with network security, data protection, safety, and regulatory requirements.Provide technical support for network issues affecting power control operations.Monitor operational KPIs and support process improvements.Guide team members and ensure work is completed according to approved procedures.Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.QualificationsTechnical High School Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience0–4 years of experience in network management, control systems, SCADA, or high-availability network environments.Hands-on experience in network infrastructure support and troubleshooting is preferred.
