Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the transfer of multi-component auto-injector assembly processes to new production lines.Serve as the primary technical liaison for assembly-related technology transfer activities.Provide expertise in high-volume automated assembly and manufacturing process optimization.Troubleshoot assembly processes and resolve technical/manufacturing issues.Review technical documentation, specifications, and manufacturing requirements to ensure effective knowledge transfer.Support assembly line startup, scale-up, validation, and manufacturing readiness activities.Identify and close technical gaps between manufacturing sites, systems, processes, and quality requirements.Partner with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to ensure successful production transfer.
Key Requirements
10+ years of engineering experience.Strong experience with auto-injector assembly.Medical device technology transfer experience.Hands-on knowledge of high-volume plastic assembly and automated manufacturing.Experience supporting assembly line startup and production scale-up.Strong troubleshooting and manufacturing process optimization skills.Experience working in a regulated medical device environment.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Immediate Joiners Needed📌 Mandatory RequirementCandidates must and should provide 2 Manager-level professional references along with their resume for consideration.Please share your updated resume along with references and availability.
