Senior Temenos Business Analyst

We are hiring Temenos T24/Transact professionals to support a global universal bank on a portfolio of enhancement and transformation initiatives.The engagement involves working on ongoing platform improvements, functional enhancements, and targeted transformation programs across the Temenos landscape.Team members will collaborate with distributed stakeholders, contribute to stable long-term programs, and work within a mature banking environment that values structured delivery, quality, and domain depth.Working location: Bangalore or ChennaiResponsibilitiesAct as a bridge between business and technology, translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designsLead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation across securities, trading, funds, custody, and reporting domainsProduce BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, data mappings, and impact assessmentsSupport system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and production readinessCollaborate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, IT, and external solution providersEnsure alignment with regulatory, accounting, and audit requirementsDomain Responsibilities (3 different areas)Securities Processing & CustodyBusiness analysis for:Securities processing and custody operationsCustomer & Portfolio DataCash Accounts, Cash Payments, DepositsCorporate actions and securities lifecycle eventsSupport General Accounting & ReportingCredit-related analysis, including:Loans, Limits, CollateralTax-related impacts, including:FATCA, CRS, IRS 871(m)Security Trading, Asset Transfer & FundsSupport Security Trading and Asset Transfer processes covering:Trade capture, lifecycle management, settlement & clearingSSI and Counterparty ManagementCharges, Commission, and Tax ServicesAnalyze funds processing, grouping, and settlement flowsWork on integration with execution and post-trade systems, such as:ContineoAladdinCTM (Confirmation & Trade Matching systems)Tax, Regulatory Reporting & Shared ServicesBusiness analysis for:Regulatory and tax reporting requirementsShared services processes within TransactEnsure reporting solutions align with local and global regulatory standardsSupport audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory change initiativesTechnology & Product ExpertiseStrong hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24), including:SECURITY.MASTERSecurity TradingSecurity Life-cycle ManagementSettlements & Clearing ServicesSSI & Counterparty ManagementCharges, Commission, and Tax ServicesUnderstanding of interfaces, batch processing, data models, and reporting within TransactExperience working with upstream/downstream system integrationsRequirements6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking / Capital Markets / SecuritiesStrong domain knowledge across securities, custody, trading, asset servicing, funds, tax, and regulatory reportingProven experience working on Temenos Transact (T24) implementations or enhancementsStrong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in complex, multi‑system environmentsFamiliarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models
