Senior Tenancy Delivery Engineer

As a Senior Tenancy Delivery Engineer at Avenue 95 Mall, you will play a pivotal role inorchestrating the seamless transition of commercial spaces from conceptual design to fullyoperational retail units. You will act as the primary technical liaison between the mall'smanagement and our valued tenants, leading the end-to-end fit-out process. By combiningtechnical expertise with exceptional stakeholder management, you will ensure that all tenantdeliverables align with our high standards of quality, safety, and brand excellence, ultimatelycontributing to the mall's success and elevating the overall visitor experience.Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:-- Lead tenant fit-out and delivery activities across all project phases, from initial design reviewand kick-off meetings through construction and final handover.- Coordinate closely with tenants, specialized consultants, main contractors, and internalstakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment of project goals.- Thoroughly review tenant conceptual designs, detailed shop drawings, and materialsubmissions to ensure absolute compliance with project standards, overarching mall guidelines,and aesthetic criteria.-Monitor daily site progress, enforcing strict quality control measures to guarantee that theexecuted work matches the approved design parameters.- Resolve complex technical issues proactively on-site and seamlessly coordinatemultidisciplinary interfaces, ensuring that Civil, Architectural, and MEP works integrateflawlessly.- Conduct comprehensive site inspections, manage the generation and closure of snag lists, andoversee formal tenant handover processes while maintaining accurate project documentation andprogress reports.- Ensure that all tenancy milestones are met within the agreed timelines, proactively mitigatingdelays and managing tenant expectations effectively.- Verify that all proposed tenant modifications adhere strictly to local building codes, civildefense regulations, and statutory health and safety requirements.- Enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all tenant workzones to maintain a safe, zero-incident environment.- Act as the central point of contact for tenant inquiries, providing expert guidance and technicalsupport throughout the entire fit-out lifecycle.To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:-- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.- 5–10 years of extensive, relevant experience specializing in tenancy delivery, tenantcoordination, or retail/commercial fit-out projects.- Previous experience managing projects within high-end shopping malls, retail centers, or large-scale mixed-use developments is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.- Exceptional coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability tomanage diverse stakeholders and negotiate effective solutions.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making sound technical decisionsunder pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and commenting on technical drawings,alongside strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.- Solid knowledge of and practical experience with modern project management tools andmethodologies is a must to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
