Senior Tender & Bid Specialist

AFAQY is looking for an experienced Senior Tender & Bid Specialist to join our team and support our growing portfolio of government and enterprise opportunities across Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in government tenders, bid management, proposal preparation, commercial coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to manage the entire bidding lifecycle—from initial assessment through final submission and post-bid activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, government tenders, and strategic bids from initial assessment through submission and post-bid activities.Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, compliance matrices, clarifications, and all supporting bid documentation.Ensure strict adherence to tender deadlines, internal approval processes, submission requirements, and follow-up procedures.Coordinate effectively with technical, commercial, financial, legal, and other relevant teams.Maintain tender trackers, templates, bid records, and post-bid documentation.Drive continuous improvement in tender processes and proposal quality.
