Make an impact in healthcare and grow your career with Team Agiliti!The Senior Territory Manager supports the field and maintenance teams in delivering quality services to existing clients, while also helping introduce Agiliti services to new potential clients within a defined local region.What's in it for You?The opportunity to make a real impact on patients’ livesComprehensive Benefits PackageTuition ReimbursementUp to a 3% match on your 401KMake any day a pay day with Daily PayWhat You Will Do in This Role?Manage and mentor Service Representatives and Territory Managers in their designated regionMonitor key performance indicatorsFacilitate pickup and delivery of equipment as neededDeliver educational content on medical devicesCollaborate with the Divisional Operations Manager in introducing new Agiliti servicesLead the onboarding of new clientsDevelop and maintain customer relationships at departmental and mid-level management levels within client organizationsPrepare, complete, and review analyses, surveys, and reports with and for clientsDevelop an understanding of contractual provisions, including the decision process involved in contracting maintenance and repair services for each Agiliti client in the regionEnsure compliance with Customer, Quality, and Environmental Health and Safety requirementsCollaborate with various teams to improve processes, identify gaps, and improve overall quality of serviceCoordinate service efforts and coverage for unexpected mobile lab or equipment failure as neededPerform other duties as neededWhat You Will Need for This Role?A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience requiredThe ability to travel a minimum of 50% to support business needs, sometimes on short noticeExperience and thorough knowledge of hospital sterile processing departments and operating room environments5 years of management, sales, or customer service experience preferred2 years of Central Sterile Processing Department (CSPD) or Operating Room (OR) experience preferredGeneral knowledge of assigned region and client landscape preferredExperience in service delivery logistics and cost efficiencies preferredA valid driver’s license and safe driving recordProven track record in matrix management of geographically dispersed staffProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn company-specific programsCertification from the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) and Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution, Inc. (CBSPD) preferred, but can be obtained within six months of hireProven leadership and team-building skillsDemonstrated ability to organize, prepare, and deliver effective customer presentationsThe ability to lift and/or move up to 25 poundsPhysical abilities include: operating a computer, moving materials around the office, remaining seated for extended periods of time, and communicating consistently with teammates with or without accommodation
