Senior Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Testing Engineer at Bevatel to oversee our QA processes. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on testing (Web, Mobile, Automation) and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Design comprehensive testing strategies for projects.Ensure test coverage meets quality standards.Develop and maintain automated test suites.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.Champion quality practices across teams.Identify and mitigate risks early.Mentor QA team members.Work with stakeholders to understand requirements.

Requirements

4 - 6 years of experience.Advanced skills in automation tools and frameworks.Ability to develop complex testing strategies, including CI/CD integration.Experience with performance and load testing tools.Basic understanding of security testing principles.Lead QA initiatives and influence team practices.Articulate complex testing concepts.Proven ability to mentor and guide team members.
