Senior Test Engineer - Trade Finance Digitalization (Temenos T24)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer - Trade Finance Digitalization to lead end-to-end testing for a Trade Finance Digital Portal integrated with Temenos T24 Core Banking. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Trade Finance, Temenos T24, QA leadership, and banking integrations, with hands-on experience leading testing teams and delivering complex digital transformation projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end testing activities, including test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and reportingManage and mentor a team of Testers, Senior Testers, and T24 TestersDesign and execute functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end test scenariosValidate Trade Finance workflows across the Digital Portal, BPM/Workflow, APIs, and Temenos T24Test Trade Finance modules including:Letters of Credit (LC)LC DrawingsDocumentary Collections/Bills (DC)Trade Loans (LD)Delivery (DE) for SWIFT message generationValidate Straight-Through Processing (STP), maker-checker workflows, API integrations, charges, commissions, accounting entries, limits, and collateralVerify SWIFT message generation and compliance with SWIFT and ICC standardsLead defect triage, stakeholder communication, quality reporting, and release readinessSupport security, RBAC, KYC/AML validations, audit trails, performance testing, and reconciliation testingCollaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Development, and Automation teamsRequirementsNOTE- Looking for immediate joiners only who can join on-site at Abu Dhabi, UAE10+ years of QA experience in Banking, with at least 5 years in Trade Finance testingStrong hands-on experience with Temenos T24 Trade Finance modules (LC, LC Drawings, DC, LD, and DE)Experience testing Digital Banking Portals and complex Core Banking integrationsStrong knowledge of Trade Finance products, workflows, and the complete transaction lifecycleExperience with STP validation, API testing, SWIFT messaging, and integration testingHands-on experience with defect management tools such as JIRAGood understanding of Agile methodologies and test governanceExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
