Senior Test Lead

We are looking for an experienced Engagement / AI Test Lead to lead the establishment and delivery of a Managed AI QA Testing Service for a major government engagement in Abu Dhabi.This role combines delivery leadership, AI testing expertise, stakeholder management, governance, and team leadership.Key Responsibility:As the Engagement / AI Test Lead, you will:Lead a multidisciplinary AI QA team through project mobilization and delivery.Define AI testing strategy and quality gates for GenAI and ML applications.Integrate AI QA into the customer's existing QA and release lifecycle.Establish governance, KPIs, reporting, and release readiness criteria.Lead end-to-end AI testing for pilot AI applications.Drive AI quality dimensions including: Accuracy,Grounding,Robustness,Fairness,Security,PerformanceCollaborate with client stakeholders and executive leadership.Manage delivery milestones and transition to steady-state operations.Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.8–10 years of Software QA / Test Management experience.Minimum 3 years leading QA/Test teams.Hands-on experience testing AI/ML or Generative AI applications.Experience designing test strategies and quality governance.Experience with Agile and CI/CD environments.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred Qualification:Government or large enterprise digital transformation experience.Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, or Conversational AI.ISTQB Advanced/Test Manager certification.PMP or Agile certification.Responsible AI or AI Governance certifications.Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
