🚀 Greenstart Management is Hiring for IT Services (Qatar) Test Manager – Retail Banking📍 Location: Middle East (Qatar)💼 Experience: 12+ Years🏦 Domain: Retail & Islamic BankingWe are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead quality engineering and testing across large-scale banking transformation programs for a leading retail bank in the Middle East.Key Skills Required* More than 12 years of software testing and quality engineering experience.* Strong record of managing large banking programmes and distributed teams.* Experience controlling testing across multiple vendors, platforms and delivery partners.* Deep knowledge of structured testing methods, governance, assurance and quality gates.* Subject-matter expertise in: * Core banking systems. * Islamic banking principles and products. * Retail, corporate, SME and wealth banking. * Digital and branch channels. * Cards, merchant services and payment platforms. * Trade finance and treasury services.* Strong command of Agile, DevSecOps and continuous delivery practices.* AI proficiency, with the judgement to apply AI to test design, automation, defect analysis, data validation and reporting where measurable return on investment exists.* Strong stakeholder, supplier and executive communication skills.Roles and Responsibilities* Own the test strategy, governance framework and delivery plan across the assigned programme portfolio.* Lead end-to-end testing across core banking, Islamic products, channels, cards, payments and supporting systems.* Establish clear entry and exit criteria, quality gates, traceability and risk-based test coverage.* Coordinate business teams, technology teams, vendors and system integrators.* Drive automation and continuous testing within Agile and DevSecOps delivery pipelines.* Govern defects, dependencies, risks and remediation through to closure.* Provide clear quality, risk and readiness reporting to programme and executive leadership.* Introduce AI-supported testing only where it improves quality, speed, coverage or cost with clear controls and measurable returns.* Maintain compliance with security, regulatory, Sharia, audit and operational-resilience requirements.* Build internal quality engineering capability and reduce long-term dependence on external vendors.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have managed testing within a large bank or financial institution undergoing core, digital or enterprise transformation. Experience in Islamic banking and the Middle East is required.
