About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Therapist – Spa to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Deliver a range of spa treatments to the highest professional standards, ensuring an exceptional and personalised guest experience. Support, train and guide therapists to ensure consistent compliance with treatment protocols, Jumeirah SOPs and service standards. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and treatment room presentation in accordance with UAE regulations. Drive retail sales and product awareness through professional recommendations while supporting departmental targets. Conduct operational checks, monitor guest feedback and support continuous improvement of treatments, standards and overall spa operations.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:High School Diploma with NVQ Level 3/4, BTEC, BABTEC, CIDESCO or equivalent recognised therapy qualification.Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably within five-star or luxury hospitality.Strong knowledge of spa treatments, treatment protocols, hygiene and safety standards.Good retail and product knowledge, with the ability to confidently recommend treatments and products.Excellent guest service, communication and coaching skills, with the ability to support and develop fellow therapists.About the Benefits At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
