Thermal / Mechanical Engineer – AI Server & Liquid CoolingAI 伺服器熱流／機構工程師－液冷系統工作地點：杭州/台北About TYSON COOLING｜關於鈦芯智冷TYSON COOLING 鈦芯智冷專注於下一代 AI Computing Thermal Management 技術，涵蓋高功率 GPU/CPU 散熱、Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling、Two-Phase Cooling 及高密度 AI Data Center 熱管理解決方案。因應 AI Server 與液冷產品快速發展，我們正在台灣招募具備 Server Thermal、Liquid Cooling 與 Mechanical Design 經驗的工程人才。TYSON COOLING develops next-generation thermal management technologies for AI computing, including high-power GPU/CPU cooling, direct-to-chip liquid cooling, two-phase cooling, and advanced thermal solutions for high-density AI infrastructure.We are looking for experienced engineers with a strong background in server thermal design, liquid cooling, and mechanical engineering.Responsibilities｜主要職責

• 負責 AI Server、GPU / CPU 高功率運算平台之 Thermal / Mechanical Design
• 開發 Cold Plate、Liquid Cooling Module、D2C Liquid Cooling 等液冷散熱產品
• 執行 Thermal / CFD Simulation，分析溫度、流量、流場、壓降與系統熱性能
• 負責散熱模組 3D Mechanical Design、2D Drawing、公差與材料分析
• 執行 Thermal Performance、Flow、Pressure Drop 及 Reliability Validation
• 根據模擬與測試結果進行 Root Cause Analysis 與 Design Optimization
• 配合 Server / GPU Platform Specification 進行產品設計與驗證
• 與 EE、ME、Thermal、Manufacturing、Quality 及供應商跨部門合作
• 支援 Prototype、EVT / DVT / PVT、NPI、DFM 及 Mass Production
• 參與下一代高熱通量 GPU、Two-Phase Cooling 與 AI Data Center 液冷技術開發Qualifications｜任職條件
• 機械、熱流、能源、航太或相關工程科系大學以上
• 3 年以上 Thermal / Mechanical Design 經驗
• 具 Server / AI Server / Data Center Hardware 開發經驗者優先
• 具實際 Liquid Cooling / Cold Plate / Water Cooling 開發經驗
• 熟悉 Heat Transfer、Fluid Mechanics 及 Electronics Cooling
• 熟悉 FloTHERM、Icepak、ANSYS Fluent、6SigmaET 等 Thermal / CFD Simulation 工具之一
• 熟悉 Creo、SolidWorks、NX 等 3D CAD 工具之一
• 能獨立進行 Design → Simulation → Prototype → Validation → Design Optimization
• 具良好問題分析、跨部門協作及工程溝通能力Preferred Qualifications｜加分條件
• 具 AI Server / GPU Server 散熱產品開發經驗
• 曾任職 Thermal Solution、Server ODM/OEM 或相關產業
• 熟悉 NVIDIA GPU / AI Server Thermal Architecture
• 具 Cold Plate、CDU、Manifold、Quick Disconnect、Rack Liquid Cooling 經驗
• 具 Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling 量產開發經驗
• 具 Two-Phase Cooling / Two-Phase Cold Plate 經驗者優先
• 具 Server EVT / DVT / PVT / MP 完整產品開發經驗
• 能以基礎英文進行技術溝通Compensation｜薪酬
• 月薪 NT$70,000 起，依經驗與技術能力面議
• 目標年度總薪酬 NT$1.4M+
• 依職級、個人績效及公司獎金制度，年度總薪酬可達約 20 個月月薪
