You take ownership and keep the team focused on delivering great experiences for artists and audiences.ABOUT THE ROLEAs Senior Tour Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in the operational planning and delivery of Untitled Group’s touring portfolio.You will manage and develop our Tour Operators and Tour Coordinators, building their confidence and capability across budgets, planning, logistics and event delivery.Working closely with the Head of Touring, Tour Directors, promoters and internal teams, you will oversee workflows, manage team capacity and act as a senior escalation point for operational issues.This is a role for someone who can connect the detail of individual tours with the needs of the wider portfolio: keeping delivery consistent, protecting commercial outcomes, and improving how the team works as we grow.WHAT YOU’LL DOTour Operations & DeliveryLead and support tour planning and delivery, ensuring high-quality experiences for artists and audiencesOversee advancing logistics across travel, accommodation, transport, venues, suppliers and productionAct as a senior escalation point for operational issues, schedule changes and artist or venue requirementsEnsure contracts, permits, licences, insurance and operational approvals are in placeKeep itineraries, confirmations and tour documentation accurate, complete and communicated on timeProvide selected on-ground support where requiredLeadership & Team DevelopmentManage and develop Tour Operators and Tour CoordinatorsBuild team capability across budgets, planning, stakeholder management and on-ground deliveryLead regular check-ins, workflow reviews and performance conversationsSet clear expectations, support accountability and address capability gapsWork with the Head of Touring to build a capable, collaborative and solutions-focused teamPlanning & CoordinationReview the tour pipeline, allocate work, cover gaps and manage team capacity through delivery peaksEstablish clear responsibilities and timelines across toursCoordinate workflows across promoters, ticketing, production, marketing, finance, legal and external stakeholdersIdentify risks and bottlenecks early, and keep delivery on trackImprove systems and processes to support efficient and scalable operationsBudgeting & Commercial PerformanceBuild budget capability across the Touring team, covering assumptions, cost drivers, pricing, inventory and profitabilityAllocate incoming budget builds across the team to keep work movingSupport budget management, resource allocation, contract negotiations and commercial decisionsMonitor ticket sales, inventory and tour performance to find opportunities to lift revenue and profitabilityWork with the Tour Accountants on financial tracking, documentation and settlementMaintain strong relationships with promoters, artists, agents, venues and suppliersTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVEStrong leadership and mentoring capability, with practical experience coaching others in tour planning, logistics and deliveryHands-on, on-ground touring and delivery experienceStrong commercial and budget-building skillsA highly organised, detail-focused approachA calm, proactive and solutions-focused styleStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsConfidence managing competing priorities and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative, team-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous improvementABOUT USBased in Windsor, we are a professional but fun-loving outfit.
