Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.The Senior Trade Marketing Manager, NOAM plays a pivotal role in driving regional media and trade marketing strategy and execution across an assigned brand portfolio. This role partners closely with Sales, Global Trade Marketing, Creative, key distributors, and media agencies to develop data-driven plans that build awareness, elevate brand visibility, strengthen retailer and consumer engagement, and accelerate commercial performance. The Senior Manager oversees major launches and complex cross-functional initiatives, developing and implementing differentiated strategies for assigned brands across the NOAM market. This role leverages market data, consumer insights, and business analysis to inform decisions and ensure marketing plans are effectively executed in market.This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the 360° cross-functional brand engagement strategy, managing the annual calendar of product launches and integrated marketing initiatives across NOAM.Build and execute integrated marketing / go-to-market strategies that span media (Digital, Social, OOH, KOL, Events), merchandising, retail events and in-store animations to drive visibility, traffic and conversion.Manage and adapt media budgets for assigned brands ensuring effective allocation to drive awareness, traffic, conversion, retention, and maximizing ROI.Analyze market trends, category performance, and consumer insights to identify opportunities, inform planning, and support commercial decision-making.Partner closely with the sales and field team to tailor initiatives to retailer needs, support joint business plans, and ensure launch success across all markets.Collaborate with Global Trade Marketing, Operations, PR, Training, and agencies to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns and timely delivery of campaigns and assets.Oversee & challenge marketing and launch calendars of our Canadian distributors and support them with market-specific needs including presentations, local assets, merchandising, and retail activation guidelines.Represent trade marketing at key US retailer and distributor meetings, providing strategic recommendations and performance recaps.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or needed.Education/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field5+ years of experience in integrated marketing or trade marketing function within the US marketProven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, product launches, retail activations, and integrated marketing programsExperience working with US retailers, distributors, sales teams, and external agencies in a fast-paced, multi-brand environmentBeauty industry experience strongly preferred, with Fragrance or Luxury experience highly desirableRequired SkillsStrong understanding of 360° marketing, including media, digital, social, KOL/influencer, events, merchandising, and retail activationStrong analytical and commercial skills, with experience in sales analysis, market/category insights, business planning, and performance trackingStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple launches, brands, budgets, and priorities in a fast-paced environmentCreative eye and keen attention to detail, with the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful retail and consumer experiencesExcellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholdersProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Suite knowledge requiredSelf-motivated team player with a positive, professional, and collaborative “can-do” attitudeTravel RequirementsThis position may require travel based on business needs. Travel may include visits to company locations, clients, vendors, industry events, or other business-related activities. The frequency and duration of travel will vary depending on business demands and may include occasional overnight stays.
