Senior Training Manager

The Senior Training Manager is responsible for leading the overall training strategy and execution for assigned accounts or processes. This role focuses on managing training teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, driving training effectiveness, and supporting leadership in talent development initiatives. The Senior Training Manager also plays a key role in identifying training needs, designing learning solutions, and evaluating outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.Responsibilities

Reports Directly to the AVPOversee and coordinate training requirements across programs and projects.Lead and manage a team of Process Training Managers and Trainers.Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop strategic training plans.Design and implement training modules, assessments, and learning initiatives.Collaborate with operations and support teams to align training with business needs.Monitor training effectiveness through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.Drive trainer development through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.Support recruitment and onboarding of trainers, including interviews and apprenticeship programs.Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and data confidentiality standards.Promote a culture of learning, engagement, and continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in relevant field with 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Quality5yrs experience as people managerhas experienced handling multiple businesses/accountsTravel/Financial and Diverse Account exp is preferred but not required
