📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Role: Training Specialist - Learning & Development🏢 Department: Learning & Development⏰ Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: Upto AED 18,000📌 Key Focus: The role will oversee training program development, trainer management, client requirements, program delivery, performance evaluation, budgets, and continuous improvement of L&D initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.Professional certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) is highly desirable.Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development.Proven experience in designing and delivering business and soft skills training programs.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.Proficient in using training software and tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
