Senior Training Specialist

Required Skills:• Proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development and soft skills.• Proficient in using and operating all remote learning tools independently (zoom, teams etc).• Knowledge of new training methodologies (gamified learning, elearning).• High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style; able to present in front of groups or on video.• Strong critical thinking skills; excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.• Proficient in MS Products - strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and web based systems• Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills.• Strong attention to detail.• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills; ability to prioritize assignments.Required Experience:• Required: High School diploma or GED and experience in stand-up training.• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education or a related field, experience in a bank or financial services organization preferred.• 0-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
