We're looking for an experienced Transaction Monitoring Tuning and Testing Expert with a strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations, money laundering and terrorist financing typologies, and Transaction Monitoring. You enjoy analysing complex data, improving detection logic, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective, risk-based solutions in a dynamic banking environment.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DODesign and execute testing strategies for Transaction Monitoring rules and functionalities.Analyse production data and develop proposals to enhance Transaction Monitoring rule logic, risk coverage, and detection effectiveness.Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders to implement and optimise Transaction Monitoring rules.Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to assess the impact of rule changes and support data-driven decision making.Monitor emerging financial crime risks, regulatory developments, and typologies to continuously improve Transaction Monitoring capabilities.AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BEBachelor's or Master's degree with 5+ years' experience in Financial Crime, AML/CTF, Transaction Monitoring, Compliance, Risk, or Financial Services.Strong knowledge of AML/CTF legislation, Transaction Monitoring, banking products, and money laundering and terrorist financing typologies.Experience with data analysis and translating financial crime risks into Transaction Monitoring rule improvements.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence decision-making.Experience with Transactional Monitoring rule tuning, back-testing, alert handling, rule development, Agile/Scrum/DevOps, or TM risk assessments would be a strong advantage.Tick all the boxes?
