Senior Transformation & Strategy Specialist

Job PurposeEmbedded within a department/function, executes complex components of that unit's transformation initiatives, applying strong analytical capability and a growing understanding of change management to support high-quality, well-evidenced recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Responsibilities● Identifies data and process gaps specific to the department and proposes practical solutions, feeding insight upward to the Transformation Lead/Manager.Operational Responsibilities● Conducts detailed analysis (process, performance, benchmarking) to support the partnered department's transformation initiative design and decision-making.● Prepares high-quality presentations, reports, and business cases for review by the Transformation Lead/Manager and relevant department stakeholders.● Supports coordination of initiative activities across contributing teams within the department and tracks associated action items.● Contributes to change management activities within the department, including drafting communications and tracking adoption metrics.● Documents meeting outcomes (MOM) and maintains initiative trackers and repositories for the partnered department.● Supports embedded Transformation Specialist(s) on shared deliverables.Qualifications & Experience● Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.● 3-5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or business analysis roles.● Strong command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and structured problem-solving.● Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt preferred.
