Senior Transformation Manager (Enterprise Project Management)

Lead the TMO Management pillar within the Process Excellence function, driving disciplined execution of strategic initiatives, transformation governance, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and agile adoption across VTI Group. The role ensures key initiatives are well governed, milestones and risks are actively managed, benefits realization is tracked, and change adoption is effectively embedded across impacted functions. The role also partners closely with HR and business leaders to strengthen organizational capability and foster a culture of transformation, agility, and continuous improvement.I. RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Transformation Initiative Governance & ExecutionLead and manage the execution of strategic initiatives with a result-driven approach, clear governance, and disciplined follow-through. Establish and maintain initiative governance cadence, including milestone reviews, issue tracking, action follow-up, and executive reporting. Track initiative progress against agreed roadmap, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure timely execution. Identify, monitor, and escalate key risks, dependencies, and implementation issues that may impact delivery or business outcomes. Support benefits realization tracking by monitoring whether initiatives are delivering expected operational, financial, or strategic impact. Facilitate decision-making and alignment across initiative owners and stakeholders to keep execution on track.2. Organizational Change Management Develop and drive change management plans for strategic initiatives, including stakeholder mapping, engagement approach, and adoption support. Lead stakeholder communication planning and execution to ensure clear, timely, and consistent messaging throughout the transformation journey. Assess change impacts on functions, teams, and ways of working, and coordinate mitigation actions where needed. Partner with initiative owners and business leaders to manage stakeholder expectations, address resistance, and strengthen buy-in. Facilitate change readiness activities to support smooth implementation of new processes, systems, and innovations. Monitor change adoption progress and provide recommendations to improve engagement and implementation effectiveness.3. Agile Adoption & Transformation EnablementDrive agile adoption in the implementation of new processes, systems, and innovation initiatives. Promote agile ways of working to improve collaboration, responsiveness, iteration speed, and delivery effectiveness across teams. Partner with the Agile Specialist and relevant stakeholders to embed agile practices, routines, and team disciplines into initiative execution. Support teams in adapting to iterative delivery models, backlog prioritization, sprint-based execution, and continuous feedback loops where applicable. Encourage experimentation, rapid learning, and practical problem solving to accelerate transformation outcomes. Ensure agile practices are applied in a way that fits business context, team maturity, and operational realities.4. Transformation Capability & Culture BuildingPartner with HR to build organizational capability in transformation, change adoption, and continuous improvement. Support the development of learning, coaching, and engagement initiatives that strengthen Process Excellence and transformation capability across the organization. Promote a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement in support of enterprise transformation goals. Work with leaders and department representatives to embed new mindsets, behaviours, and ways of working required for successful change. Contribute to capability-building plans that strengthen change leadership, stakeholder management, and execution discipline within the business. Help foster a sustainable culture of Process Excellence, agility, and improvement across functions and business units.II. REQUIREMENTS:Education/ Training Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Master’s degree is an advantage Certification in Project Management, Change Management, Agile, or related disciplines is preferredWork Experience 7–10 years of experience in PMO, transformation, consulting, strategy execution, or enterprise initiatives management 6–10 years of experience in transformation, organizational change, HR change, or related consulting environment Proven experience in managing cross-functional strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement across multiple functions Managerial ExperienceExperience in leading or coordinating organizational change management and transformation delivery in a complex business environment Prior experience in supervising project, agile, or transformation support resources is preferredKnowledge of:Transformation program governance and initiative management PMO / TMO frameworks and transformation roadmap management Organizational Change Management principles and frameworks, including ADKAR or similar models Stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, and communication planning OKR / KPI tracking, milestone management, risk and issue management Agile ways of working and agile delivery coordination Benefits realization tracking and initiative performance monitoring Change readiness assessment and capability building approachesSkills (Ability to):Lead and coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives with strong execution discipline Build governance rhythm for initiatives, including milestone tracking, decision facilitation, and escalation management Develop and implement practical change management plans, including communication and stakeholder engagement Influence and align senior stakeholders and initiative owners across functions Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, tracking mechanisms, and follow-up actions Facilitate workshops, review sessions, and transformation forums effectively Monitor adoption progress, identify resistance points, and support mitigation actions Communicate clearly through executive updates, dashboards, and structured reporting Coach teams and stakeholders on agile, change, and transformation practicesWorking hours: As per business needs. Typically, 8am-5pm Mon-Friday.Other special requirements (if any):Willing to work in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment with multiple concurrent priorities.Able to work across functions and business units with high stakeholder complexity.High level of discipline, ownership, and adaptability in managing transformation priorities and organizational change.
