Location: Montreal, QC – Hybrid, 2 days onsiteDuration: 12 monthsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMLanguage: Fully bilingual English/FrenchRole OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Translator-Reviser to translate and revise high-profile English-to-French content across corporate communications, financial services, insurance and technology.The role is approximately 60% revision and 40% translation and requires a senior language professional who can independently manage a high-volume workload while serving as a linguistic resource to colleagues and partners.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate complex content from English into FrenchReview and revise translations produced internally and by external vendorsEnsure accuracy, consistency, terminology, tone and adherence to brand standardsConduct terminological research and maintain terminology resourcesManage translation projects from intake through final deliveryProvide linguistic guidance, coaching and feedback to other translatorsSupport corporate and senior leadership communicationsPerform post-editing of machine-translated contentMeet established quality, productivity and service-level targetsMust-Have Qualifications8–10+ years of professional English-to-French translation experienceApproximately 5+ years of translation revision experienceFull professional fluency in French and EnglishStrong experience with memoQ and FlowFitExperience working in a structured, high-volume professional environmentExcellent written communication, terminology research and quality-control skillsAbility to act as a senior resource and provide guidance to other translatorsMust be located within reasonable commuting distance of MontrealPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree specializing in English-to-French translation or equivalent educationBanking, financial services or insurance experienceCorporate and/or senior leadership communications experienceExperience with machine translation post-editingOTTIAQ membershipKnowledge of Copilot or similar productivity toolsIdeal ProfileA highly experienced English-to-French translator and reviser who combines hands-on production capability with strong linguistic judgment.
