Its mission is to simplify travel planning so customers can focus on enjoying their journeys.Key Responsibilities* Prepare customized travel itineraries for international destinations* Handle hotel reservations, booking confirmations and travel arrangements* Coordinate with hotels, DMCs and overseas travel partners* Prepare quotations and detailed itineraries according to client requirements* Manage booking confirmations and coordinate with clients until completion of the trip* Provide destination-related information and suitable travel recommendations* Ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of all travel arrangementsDestination Knowledge RequiredCandidates should have good knowledge of international destinations, particularly:🌏Europe: France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Greece, UK, etc.🌏USA: New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Miami, Washington D.C., Orlando, etc.🌏 Other International Destinations: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Maldives, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, Australia, etc.Candidate Requirements✅ Good knowledge of international destinations and tourism✅ Strong itinerary planning skills✅ Experience in hotel bookings and booking confirmations✅ Excellent communication and client-handling skills✅ Good coordination and follow-up skills✅ Prior experience in an international travel / tour & travel company will be preferredQualificationsStrong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills, with the ability to design and optimize complex itineraries.Hands-on experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, visas, and holiday packages.Excellent Customer Service skills, with a track record of handling inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.Proficiency with travel booking systems, GDS platforms, and online reservation tools.Solid knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations, visa processes, and travel insurance products.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in a senior or lead travel consulting role; experience with DMC operations is an advantage.Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.IMMIDIATE JOINERS REQUIREDKOLKATA LOCATION PREFERRED
