The team is committed to excellence, delivering high-quality service and carefully planned journeys across a wide range of destinations.Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. The person in this role will advise clients on destinations, travel routes, and package options, including FD and FIT programs, group travel, and personalized itineraries. Daily tasks include creating and managing travel itineraries, handling flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings, and processing reservations in line with company standards. The Senior Travel Consultant will provide responsive customer service, resolve issues and complaints, and ensure a smooth travel experience from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and trends, and supporting sales targets through professional consultation and upselling when appropriate.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with experience advising clients and overseeing end-to-end travel plans.Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, hotels, tours, and transportation using relevant reservation systems.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.Relevant experience in international travel planning, group travel coordination, or FIT package design is highly beneficial.Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills are required.Proficiency with travel booking tools, GDS or similar systems, and standard office software is preferred.Previous experience in a senior travel consultant or similar role and a track record of meeting performance or sales targets are advantageous.Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or European languages are an asset.
