Senior Treasury Manager

The CompanyOur client is a major UAE-based diversified group with a significant portfolio of businesses and investments across multiple sectors and geographies.As the organisation continues to grow and evolve, the Group is strengthening its central Treasury function and is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Manager – Treasury to support its funding strategy, financial risk management and wider treasury transformation agenda.This is an opportunity to join a sophisticated Group Finance & Treasury function with exposure to senior stakeholders, financing institutions and major strategic initiatives.The RoleThe Senior Manager – Treasury will play a key role within the Treasury Front Office, supporting the execution of the Group's funding strategy and ensuring the business has access to appropriate and competitive sources of capital to support its growth and investment activities.Key responsibilities will include:Support the evaluation, structuring and execution of funding solutions, including term loans, revolving credit facilities, project finance and capital markets instruments.Work closely with business units to understand their funding requirements and structure appropriate financing solutions.Support ratings processes and debt capital markets activity.Establish and manage a centralised approach to debt management, including compliance with financing terms and stakeholder reporting.Identify and manage financial risks, particularly FX and interest-rate exposure, including monitoring and optimising hedging strategies.Develop strong relationships with banks and internal stakeholders across FP&A, Investor Relations and Investments.Play a key role in the ongoing Treasury transformation agenda, including treasury centralisation, implementation of a Treasury Management System, intercompany funding, transfer pricing and the development of an In-House Bank.Leverage technology, automation, data and AI within Treasury to enhance reporting, governance and decision-making.Provide oversight and support across core Treasury operations, including bank account management, payments and reporting.The CandidateWe are looking for an experienced treasury professional who combines strong technical expertise with the commercial mindset and stakeholder skills required to operate within a large, complex organisation.The successful candidate is likely to have:12+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years within corporate treasury.Strong experience across corporate funding, debt financing and financial risk management.Exposure to financing structures including bank facilities, project finance and/or debt capital markets.Experience within a large corporate or holding-company environment would be advantageous.GCC experience would be beneficial, although strong international profiles will also be considered.Experience contributing to a Treasury transformation programme, including centralisation, TMS implementation, automation or In-House Banking.Strong financial modelling capabilities and experience preparing materials for banks, Boards and Investment Committees.Good knowledge of Treasury Management Systems, Bloomberg and advanced Excel, together with an interest in the application of AI and technology within Treasury.A Bachelor's degree and relevant professional qualification such as CFA, Chartered Accountant or Certified Treasury Professional.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior management, banks and other external stakeholders.#Treasury #CorporateTreasury #TreasuryJobs #Funding #DebtCapitalMarkets #FinancialRisk #TreasuryTransformation #FinanceJobs #AbuDhabiJobs #UAEJobs #FinanceLeadership
