This role ensures accuracy, security, compliance, and efficiency of asset flows while supporting business growth and product development.Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury Operations & ReconciliationOversee daily reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and timely discrepancy resolutionMonitor and validate transactions, balances, and asset movements across accounts and entitiesManage asset transfers across internal and external accountsMaintain and optimize balance sheet structure and asset positioningAsset & Position ManagementEstablish and maintain standardized reporting frameworks for multi-entity asset and position managementMonitor position exposure, liquidity, and allocation across different jurisdictions and accountsEnsure accurate and consistent entity-level and group-level reportingProcess Optimization & Risk ControlDesign and implement SOPs for treasury operations and asset handlingDefine and enforce security standards and internal controlsEstablish risk management frameworks to ensure safe and compliant asset processingContinuously improve operational efficiency and scalabilityFund Flow & Security ManagementManage and optimize fund flows across different entities and systemsEnsure secure, efficient, and compliant fund processing to support daily operationsMonitor liquidity readiness and operational capacityIdentify and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risksProduct & Cross-functional CollaborationUnderstand and map end-to-end fund flow structures across products and entitiesTranslate operational needs into clear product requirementsCollaborate with product, finance, compliance, and engineering teamsSupport new business launches and system enhancementsRequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldMore than 5 years of experience in treasury operations, financial operations, or asset managementExperience managing large-scale funds and multi-account structuresProven experience in handling multiple accounts and processing funds across multiple currencies in a complex operational environmentCore SkillsStrong knowledge of treasury operations, reconciliation, and balance sheet managementSolid understanding of fund flow management within banking systems or financial institutionsHands-on experience in multi-currency fund operations and cross-entity fund movementsExperience in financial reporting and structured data analysisAbility to design and optimize processes, controls, and workflowsPreferred QualificationsExperience with both fiat and crypto asset managementBackground in banking systems, fintech, or regulated financial institutionsUnderstanding of financial compliance frameworks (safeguarding, internal controls, audit and report)Experience in multi-entity and cross-border operationsLanguage & Technical SkillsFluent in English (mandatory)Mandarin is a strong advantage, additional European languages are a plusStrong capability in data processing and analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar tools preferred)Key CompetenciesStrong attention to detail with a risk-aware mindsetHigh level of ownership and accountabilityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentWhy Join UsAt Bybit, we are committed to creating a supportive and innovative work environment.Benefits include:Professional development and learning opportunities.Global collaboration with international teams.Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.Internal mobility and long-term career development.
