ABOUT FP TRADINGFP Trading Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our Client Portal, IB Portal, company website, and campaign landing pages. The role will focus on creating clean, intuitive, and consistent digital experiences for clients, partners, and internal users.This is a hands-on product and web design role covering the full design process, from user research and journey mapping to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. The designer will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve the end-to-end client journey, maintain a shared design system, and support future CRM and internal platform design.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the UI/UX design of the Client Portal, ensuring a clean, intuitive experience for clients managing their accountsOwn the UI/UX design of the IB Portal, tailored to the needs of introducing brokers and partnersLead design of the company website, including new landing pages for campaigns and product launchesMap and design the end-to-end client journey — from first website visit, through onboarding, to ongoing portal use — identifying friction points and opportunities to improve the experienceMaintain design consistency across portals, website, and landing pages through a shared design systemContribute to future design work on the CRM, covering data views, workflows, and internal toolingConduct user research and usability testing, and translate findings into design decisionsBuild wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsPartner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to scope requirements and ship featuresPresent design rationale and research findings to stakeholders and leadership.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR5+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally with portals, dashboards, or other data-heavy platformsStrong portfolio showing end-to-end product and web design workExpert in Figma (or similar tools); working knowledge of prototyping toolsSolid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standardsExperience designing for both product platforms (portals) and marketing surfaces (website, landing pages)Experience with client/user journey mapping across multiple touchpointsExperience running user research and usability testingExcellent communication skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholdersExperience building or maintaining a design system is a plusNICE TO HAVEFamiliarity with financial services or brokerage platforms (client portals, IB/partner tools)Exposure to CRM design or data-heavy internal toolsBasic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with engineering
