Role: Senior UI/UX Designer – Figma, Wireframing, Web, MobileToronto, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO) Role Descriptions:Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze user requirements in collaboration with product managers| business analysts| and developers. Conduct user research| interviews| surveys| and usability testing.Create user personas| journey maps| process flows| wireframes| and prototypes. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma| Adobe XD| or Sketch. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Ensure designs comply with accessibility and usability standards Continuously improve user experiences based on feedback| analytics| and testing results Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards. Required SkillsStrong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles.Experience with design tools such as Figma| Sketch| Adobe XD| or InVision.Knowledge of wireframing| prototyping| information architecture| and interaction design.Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design practices. Strong problem-solving| communication| and stakeholder management skills.Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) is preferred. Qualifications6+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
