Role SummaryThe Senior UI/UX Designer is responsible for designing modern, intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web and mobile applications across company products.The role includes user experience design, user interface design, user research, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, responsive design, and ensuring consistency across web, iOS, and Android platforms.A key requirement for this role is exceptional attention to detail, strong visual design skills, and the ability to independently transform complex business requirements into complete, polished, and development-ready application designs.We are looking for a senior-level designer with proven experience designing complete, real-world applications, rather than only individual screens, landing pages, or conceptual designs. Main ResponsibilitiesLead the complete UI/UX design process for Web, iOS, and Android applications.Translate business requirements, product specifications, and user needs into intuitive and effective design solutions.Design complete web and mobile applications, from initial concepts and user journeys to final high-fidelity interfaces.Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, design tokens, and consistent visual guidelines.Design responsive interfaces that adapt correctly across different screen sizes, devices, and platforms.Ensure exceptional visual consistency across all application screens, pages, components, and interaction states.Pay close attention to design details including:SpacingPaddingMarginsAlignmentTypographyColoursIconsBordersShadowsComponent sizingVisual hierarchyResponsive behaviourDesign intuitive navigation structures, forms, dashboards, onboarding experiences, and complex user workflows.Create and refine animations, transitions, micro-interactions, loading states, empty states, and error states.Ensure designs follow modern UI/UX principles and platform-specific standards for iOS and Android.Conduct usability evaluations, identify UX problems, and continuously improve application usability.Collaborate closely with frontend developers, mobile developers, product teams, and project stakeholders.Prepare detailed design specifications, assets, and documentation for smooth developer handoff.Review frontend implementations and ensure delivered applications accurately reflect approved Figma designs.Identify and resolve usability issues, visual inconsistencies, and design-related problems during development.Maintain consistency between similar components, screens, and applications.Contribute to improving the company's overall design standards, design processes, and product user experience. Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications.Proven experience independently designing complete web or mobile applications from concept to implementation.Advanced proficiency in Figma, including:Auto LayoutComponents and VariantsVariables and Design TokensInteractive PrototypingDesign LibrariesDesign SystemsDeveloper HandoffStrong experience designing responsive web applications and mobile applications for iOS and Android.Excellent understanding of UX principles, user-centred design, information architecture, usability, and interaction design.Exceptional visual design skills with an “Eagle Eye” for small design details and visual inconsistencies.Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout composition, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.Experience creating and maintaining consistent, reusable, and scalable design systems.Strong ability to simplify complex business processes and workflows into intuitive user experiences.Experience designing complete application journeys, including onboarding, authentication, dashboards, settings, forms, and user interactions.Good knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design.Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approaches.Ability to design and document all relevant interface states, including loading, success, error, disabled, and empty states.Experience collaborating with developers and ensuring accurate implementation of approved designs.Ability to understand technical limitations and design solutions that are practical for implementation.Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to independently manage multiple design tasks and maintain high-quality standards.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain and justify design decisions.Professional English communication level. Nice to HaveExperience designing SaaS platforms, complex dashboards, admin panels, e-commerce platforms, and content management systems.Experience working on media, streaming, publishing, charity, subscription, or membership platforms.Experience conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and UX evaluations.Understanding of web accessibility standards and accessible design practices.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development principles.Experience working with development teams using Vue.js, Nuxt, React, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or similar technologies.Experience designing applications with complex workflows, multiple user roles, and advanced user interactions.Experience creating advanced interactive prototypes and micro-animations.Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern design workflows.Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional product teams.Experience improving or redesigning existing applications based on usability findings and user feedback. Applications that do not include at least two qualifying web or mobile application examples will not be considered.
